Conference Registration To register for the 2009 OCTM Conference in Cincinnati, download the Conference Registration Form in PDF or Word. Earlybird registrations will be accepted at a reduced rate through October 1, 2009, with regular conference fees charged after that time. Register early! Hotel Registration The official conference hotel is the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati on West Fifth Street. To lock in the least expensive hotel rate ($119 for a single or double room, plus $8/day for parking), registration must be completed by September 1, 2009.
